Hi Everyone,
I try to be pretty consistent with my Sunday blogs and if you have been following along you may have noticed I missed last week's blog, here is why:
Last Sunday a very dear friend of my died unexpectedly. She was as full of life as any person I have ever met and her passing has been felt by many.
She touched so many lives and inspired those of us who were privileged enough to know her, how important it is to laugh, to love, and to have fun while you can.
I have taken most of this week to reflect and think about everything in light of this loss. I recorded a few of them in this video as I wanted to share them with you.
Included are some of my most sincere wishes for you.
I hope this connects with you.
Carpe Diem,
Jesse

Happy Mother's Day
Dear Moms,
Thank you.
Thank you for making it possible for all of us to be here.
Thank you for renting out space, inside of your body, to nurture us until we were ready for the world.
Thank you for loving us.
Thank you for "your" time that you made "our" time.
Thank you for being a shoulder to cry on.
Thank you for feeding, dressing, and washing us.
Thank you for listening to our crazy stories and far off fantasies.
Thank you for taking us to recitals, sports games, meetings, school, and all the rest.
Thank you for opening your door, and refrigerator, to our friends.
Thank you for opening your heart to our hopes and dreams.
Thank you for forgiving us.
Thank you for listening when no one else would.
Thank you for your sacrifice.
Thank you for loving us even when you were mad.
Thank you for being our #1 doctor/nurse when we were sick.
Moms,
For all that you have done, all that you do, and all that you will do, Thank You.
With Love,
Us.
Carpe Diem,
Jesse

Here are Three Key Reasons Why Mindset Matters
Hello,
I believe that the biggest obstacles humans face to get from where they are to where they want to be is their mindset (thoughts, beliefs, focus, etc...) and their heart-set (emotions).
If we are able to master out mind and emotions in a way that propels us toward what we want, then success in whatever we want (relationship, business, health, etc...) is inevitable. If on the other hand we allow ourselves to be relegated to a life of a slave to our mind and our heart, then we will inevitably live a life of struggle, challenge, and un-fulfillment - always wondering what could have been.
I believe that you, and every other human being on this planet, is capable of living your definition of an extraordinary life. I believe what will allow you to live that life or keep you from it is what goes on in your mind and heart.
To help you with the mind portion of this, I recently hosted one of my "Weekly Wisdom" trainings on my Facebook page.
I have included it here for you to watch and I encourage you to invest the time to watch the training that over 3,000 other people already have.
It's a very powerful training - one filled with insights, aha's, tools, and strategies to help you become a mindset master.
Remember, Mindset Matters, and mastery of your mindset is key to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Would love to hear your key takeaways from this training. Please leave them in the comments below.
