If you are a stress sufferer or know someone who is, I thought you might value this helpful resource.
In one of the recent Weekly Wisdom Training's (a free training I host every week on my Facebook Page) I covered stress, the costs of it, and how it often affects us much more deeply than we may acknowledge.
I wanted to make sure you have access to it!
Fast forward to about the 7:10 mark as that's where the training gets going. There are about 10 minutes or so at the end that is all Q&A.
If you have any questions about it just hit reply to this email.
We place a value on everything in life. We use two primary commodities to assign value to things: Time and Money.
Those are, for most of us, the simplest, most tangible ways to place value on something.
If I were to ask you a few questions I am willing to bet you can answer them fairly quickly:
How much would you spend on a new car? A designer pair of jeans? A shirt? A new pair of shoes?
You have a picture in your head of each of those and a dollar amount that you have already determined they are worth.
What
if I changed the question just a little bit. Instead of asking you
about tangible things like a car, what if I changed and asked you about
things that are not quite so tangible.
How much would you
spend on your health? Your happiness? The relationships with your
friends and family? Waking up feeling excited vs waking up feeling
angry about having to wake up?
These questions are a little tougher to answer, right?
Why
is it that it is so easy for us to put a value on material things and
so challenging for us to put a value on the things that really should
matter most?
I the below video I talk about this and why it is so important for you to place a high value on yourself.
What are your key takeaways from today's blog? What is your value? I would l love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment below.
