How Stress Can Really "F" Things Up

If you are a stress sufferer or know someone who is, I thought you might value this helpful resource.

In one of the recent Weekly Wisdom Training's (a free training I host every week on my Facebook Page) I covered stress, the costs of it, and how it often affects us much more deeply than we may acknowledge.

I wanted to make sure you have  access to it!

Fast forward to about the 7:10 mark as that's where the training gets going.  There are about 10 minutes or so at the end that is all Q&A.

If you have any questions about it just hit reply to this email.

One more thing Jesse, if you want access to the additional training I mentioned you can grab that by clicking here.

Hope this is helpful!

The Last Wishes of Alexander the Great

A great short story - well worth the read.

"The last wishes of Alexander the Great:
On his death bed, Alexander summoned his generals and told them his three ultimate wishes:
1. The best doctors should carry his coffin
2. The wealth he has accumulated (money, gold, precious stones) should be scattered along the procession to the cemetery, and
3. His hands should be let loose, hanging outside the coffin for all to see.
One of his generals who was surprised by these unusual requests asked Alexander to explain.
Here is what Alexander the Great had to say:
1. I want the best doctors to carry my coffin to demonstrate that, in the face of death, even the best doctors in the world have no power to heal
2. I want the road to be covered with my treasure so that everybody sees that material wealth acquired on earth, stays on earth
3. I want my hands to swing in the wind, so that people understand that we come to this world empty handed and we leave this world empty handed after the most precious treasure of all is exhausted, and that is TIME.
TIME is our most precious treasure because it is LIMITED. We can produce more wealth, but we cannot produce more time.
When we give someone our time, we actually give a portion of our life that we will never take back.
Our time is our life."

Powerful questions to ask yourself:

Are you living the life you want to live? If no, what needs to change?

How will you spend Your time today? What are three things you can do that will add happiness, joy, and fulfillment to your day?

It is Time To Get Rid of Your Expired Stuff

Honesty Time!!

Have you ever let food go bad?  Have you ever forgotten about a piece of fruit, only to be reminded about it a week later because the smell of it become overwhelming?

When food expires it stinks and is no longer edible.  When the trash can gets to full it smells and it is no longer usable, thus it needs to be emptied.

The same is true for our life.  "Stuff" goes in and out of our lives.  If we hold onto the expired "stuff," we limit ourselves and our ability to move forward and enjoy life to the fullest.

Much in the same way that if we only ate expired, rotten food, we not only would miss out on enjoying the taste of fresh food, but we probably would not last that long on that kind of diet.

In this short video below, I explain why it is so crucial that you get rid of the expired "stuff" in your life

Is there "expired stuff" you need help eliminating from your life?  How much longer are you going to keep it around for?  If you are ready to get rid of it now, once in for all, then click this link to set up a time for us to chat so I can help you.

What is the key to Olympic level success?  Why don't more of us achieve at Olympic levels?

In the short video below, I explain the key to achieving Olympic level success in any aspect of your life.

Here is to you achieving at new levels.

The Power in Finishing What You Start

If I have been reminded of anything this last week it is just how fragile life is.  None of us are guaranteed a tomorrow, the only thing we have for certain is right now - this very moment!

And this moment you are in is a precious one, one that you should make every effort to treasure.

With tomorrow not guaranteed it is of utmost importance that you leave nothing to chance that you give it your absolute best today because you may not get the opportunity to later.

On that same note... so often in life we begin on projects, ideas, goals, ambitions, yet we never see them to completion.  Why?  Why do we not finish the things we were so excited about when we started?  Why is it that when things get tough, an obstacle arises, we give up instead of pushing forward?

This time of year is a notorious "give up" time.  It is the time so many say "the heck" with it and justify their decision by saying "well when January rolls around that is when I will really focus on X, Y, and Z."

January is not promised and because of that little fact about life it is imperative that you make it a priority, now, to finish what you start.

In this short video below I talk about how important this is and why not completing something can lead to a lifetime of setbacks and unfulfilled dreams.

Your life is to short and to precious not to live it at your absolute best.  If you find yourself coming up short at the finish line, or unable to push through the barriers that are holding you back, then you and I should talk.  I'll help you get there!

To set up a time to meet with me, click the link here, fill out the shot form, and pick a time that works best for you.  It's that simple.

Looking forward to you finishing what you start.
